Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Alta, Norway
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with bookkeeping and budget management tasks
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and invoices
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Conduct research as needed for various projects or tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Norway
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month.
