Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Alta, Canada. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials within construction sites. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and forklifts to move materials on construction sites
- Load and transport various materials including gravel, dirt, rocks, and debris
- Inspect equipment daily for any signs of damage or malfunction
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report any issues or concerns with equipment or materials to supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
Location: Alta, Canada (accommodation provided)
Requirements: Biometric passport preferred but not required.
