Sales Representative - Alta, Norway
As a Sales Representative in Alta, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and meeting their needs.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory if required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred
