Body Repair Master


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to assess, repair and replace damaged body parts, as well as perform paint refinishing and detailing tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and other components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform paint refinishing tasks such as sanding, priming, painting, and buffing
- Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed within given timeframes
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide updates on progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive body repair
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and electronic systems
- Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in body repair
- Experience with paint mixing, matching, blending, and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
