Part-Time Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. You will also assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
