Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue for our hotel in Alta. Your primary goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify new market opportunities and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue potential
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and motivation
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Alta is preferred
