Concierge Coordinator

As the Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at a luxury hotel in Alta, Norway. You will assist guests with their various needs, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local activities and attractions. Your role will also involve coordinating with other hotel staff and external vendors to ensure that all guest requests are promptly fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized service to guests throughout their stay
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Offer recommendations for local attractions and events based on guest preferences
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Communicate effectively with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of requested services
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, policies, and amenities to accurately answer guest inquiries
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to provide personalized service upon return visits

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience in a hospitality setting preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Alta, Norway
