Concierge Supervisor



The Concierge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk at a luxury hotel in Alta, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. This position requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of concierge staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service standards
- Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Develop relationships with local vendors and attractions to provide guests with recommendations and assistance in planning activities
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including airport transfers and car rentals
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies for the concierge desk
- Prepare reports on guest requests, feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Alta, Norway
