Computer Systems Analyst


We are hiring a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing efficient computer systems and processes to meet the needs of our organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing business needs and identifying areas for improvement in computer systems
- Designing and implementing effective solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency
- Collaborating with software engineers and other IT professionals to integrate new systems or upgrades into existing infrastructure
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and recommending solutions that align with business objectives
- Creating project plans, conducting tests, and providing training for new system implementations
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to end-users
- Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing appropriate security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, operating systems, and network infrastructure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience in project management or leading system implementations
