Information Technology Manager


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Information Technology Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our company's technology infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all company technology systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and software purchases
- Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related issues
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that align with business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management roles
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement within the technology infrastructure
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors
- Familiarity with industry best practices for data security and compliance
- Fluency in English (French or Italian language skills a plus)

Salary:
- The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
