Job Title: Junior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in the information technology field. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing small to medium sized IT projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
- Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure projects adhere to company standards and policies
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Prior experience in an IT project management role
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
