Job Title: IT Manager

We are in search of an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage IT budget and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security protocols, etc.
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently

Salary: $1700 per month
