IT Manager


As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and processes, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all IT operations. You will also be responsible for liaising with other departments to identify their technology needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's IT systems, including networks, servers, software, and hardware
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all company data
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Work with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Create budgets for IT expenses and track spending

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security protocols, databases, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP or PMP
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation provided)
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates
Nationality: No preference (must be eligible to work in Monte-Carlo)
