Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are a growing IT company in Monte-Carlo, seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with providing technical support for our clients' computer systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Set up user accounts and provide basic training on technology usage
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours on weekdays or weekends

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the IT industry or with computer support services
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Fluency in French or Italian
