A dynamic and growing company in Monte-Carlo is seeking a Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings on systems
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to make recommendations for improvements
- Provide technical support to end-users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Experience with network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Compensation:
