Computer Support Specialist



Computer Support Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems in an organization. They are responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and clients, as well as maintaining and updating computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computers and networks.
- Train employees on how to use computer systems effectively.
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software, including purchasing new equipment when necessary.
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure data security by implementing backup procedures and virus protection measures.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in the field of computer systems.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effectively communicating technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

City:

This position is located in Monte-Carlo. However, remote work options may be available depending on the candidate's preference.
