Contract Teamlead in Monte-Carlo


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their development and growth
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction with deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Act as a liaison between the team, upper management, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role in software development/IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through full project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
