Job Title: Teamlead for Biometric Passport Program in Monte-Carlo

As the Teamlead for our Biometric Passport Program in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation and management of our biometric passport program. This is a full-time position open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the biometric passport program
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budget management strategies
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of biometric passport technology into existing systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to biometric data collection and storage
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members on biometric passport processes and procedures
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of biometric technology, specifically related to passports
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English (French would be an asset)

Salary: $1700 per month
