Data Analytics Specialist
We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making and improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with knowledge of statistical methods and software tools. The ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner is also crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software tools
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
- Create visualizations to effectively communicate complex findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R or Python
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and data manipulation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions based on data

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation not provided)
