Online Consultant (Monte-Carlo)


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms, including email, chat, and video conferencing. You will also be responsible for managing client inquiries and concerns, as well as providing product and service recommendations based on their individual needs.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the online industry. You should also have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A background in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels
- Provide accurate information and advice on products and services offered by our company
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs
- Handle complaints or concerns from clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Strong knowledge of online platforms and technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Salary: $1800 per month + accommodation provided by the company.

Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco (own visa required)
