Entry-Level Typesetter in Monte-Carlo


We are a publishing company located in the beautiful city of Monte-Carlo, seeking an entry-level typesetter to join our team. As a typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and readable documents. You will work closely with our editorial team to ensure that all publications meet our high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of typography and design principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Fluent in English (French or Italian is a plus).

Responsibilities:
- Format text, images, and graphic elements according to design specifications.
- Ensure consistency in style, font usage, spacing, etc. throughout the document.
- Collaborate with editors and designers to make necessary changes or corrections.
- Proofread final documents for spelling, grammar, and layout errors.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and software updates.
