Online Consultant - Monte-Carlo (Contract)


Our dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via online platforms. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. We welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email and live chat
- Understand and address client needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, make recommendations, and assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship

Salary: $1600/month
