Moderator for International Events in Monte-Carlo

As a Moderator for International Events in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of various events, conferences, and meetings. Your main role will be to facilitate discussions, manage audience engagement, and keep the event on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio/visual equipment, and accommodation for attendees
- Work closely with event organizers to understand the purpose and goals of each event
- Develop a deep understanding of the topics being discussed at each event in order to effectively moderate discussions and Q&A sessions
- Introduce speakers and provide necessary background information on their expertise
- Facilitate discussions between speakers and audience members, encouraging active participation from all attendees
- Keep track of time and ensure that the event stays on schedule
- Handle any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the event
- Provide feedback to event organizers on ways to improve future events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in moderating events or public speaking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination processes
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
As a Moderator for International Events in Monte-Carlo, you will receive a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided as well as visa sponsorship if needed.
