Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades. This is a full-time job that does not require any prior experience, making it the perfect opportunity for freshers to gain valuable skills in the field.

In this role, you will be expected to work on various types of facades, including glass, metal, and stone. Your responsibilities will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling facade components, and installing them on buildings. You will also be required to perform regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. You must also be physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time. Prior experience working with facades is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

As this is a full-time job without accommodation, we are looking for candidates who are already based in Monte-Carlo or willing to relocate at their own expense. Applicants must also have their own valid visa for employment in Monaco.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut facade materials according to specifications
- Assemble facade components using various tools and equipment
- Install facades on buildings according to project plans
- Perform regular maintenance checks on facades
- Repair damaged or faulty facades as needed
- Comply with safety regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Prior experience with facades preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn on-the-job
- Based in Monte-Carlo or willing to relocate at own expense
- Own valid visa for employment in Monaco

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month, with potential for growth and advancement within the company.
