Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades in Monte-Carlo. Your main duties will include inspecting existing facades for damage or deterioration, recommending repairs or replacements, and coordinating with other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or potential safety hazards
- Recommend and carry out necessary repairs or replacements to maintain the integrity and functionality of facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop plans for new facade installations
- Install new facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Use specialized tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and masonry
- Apply weatherproofing materials to protect facades from harsh weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all installations and repairs
- Keep accurate records of all work completed, including materials used and hours worked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients regarding facade maintenance or repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training in facade installation preferred
- 2+ years of experience in facade installation/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of different facade materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Proficient in using hand/power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid work visa for Monte-Carlo (if applicable)
