Facade Engineer


As a Facade Engineer in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. You will work closely with architects and construction teams to ensure that the facades are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound and energy-efficient.

Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating detailed facade designs using specialized software, and overseeing the fabrication and installation processes. You must also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as knowledge of different facade materials and their properties.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders on projects. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are also essential in identifying potential issues and finding innovative solutions.

A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in facade design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software is required. Knowledge of local regulations and building codes is a plus. Additionally, fluency in English is necessary for effective communication.
