We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining the interior and exterior of various buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
- Apply coats of paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations
- Repair any damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Clean and maintain painting equipment after use
- Keep an organized inventory of paints, tools, and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Skilled in mixing colors and applying them with precision
- Knowledge of different types of paints, varnishes, and finishes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed

Preferred:
- Certification in Painting or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Monte-Carlo (preferred) but open to other locations within Monaco.
