Painter vacancy in Monte-Carlo Monaco

Residential Painter


We are seeking a skilled and experienced residential painter to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. You should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Protect furniture and other items from paint splatters
- Mix paints and match colors according to customer preferences
- Apply coats of paint or varnish using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Inspect completed work for quality and touch up any areas as needed
- Clean up job site after completing the project
- Communicate with customers to understand their expectations and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work with various materials including paint, stain, varnish, etc.
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color matching
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling or reaching overhead
- Good communication skills in order to interact with clients and team members effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Monte-Carlo but applicants from any nationality are welcome.
