Part-Time Plasterer in Monte-Carlo


A prestigious construction company in Monte-Carlo is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and possess the necessary skills to complete various plastering tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for flexible working hours and is available to work on a project basis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning debris
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Mix and apply plaster onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out uneven areas using hand tools or mechanical sanders
- Create decorative finishes such as textured or smooth surfaces
- Repair damaged or cracked walls using appropriate techniques
- Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer with knowledge of various plastering techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, or sanders
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Must have own transportation to job sites within Monte-Carlo

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position will be $1600 per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. The chosen candidate must have their own housing arrangements in Monte-Carlo.
