Finisher Assistant

We are currently seeking a Finisher Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with the Finisher to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in the finishing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finisher in preparing materials and tools for projects
- Help with sanding, painting, and other finishing tasks
- Learn how to properly use tools and equipment under the guidance of the Finisher
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Finisher

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
