Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, staining, or varnishing to our products
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols while handling equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Familiarity with different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines
