Equipment Operator



We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and complete construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operation checks and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Complete daily reports on equipment usage and production levels

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for the specific equipment being operated
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
