As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform various construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Keep accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Must have valid driver's license
