As an Architectural Technologist in Monte-Carlo, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of buildings and structures in one of the most prestigious cities in the world. Your extensive experience and knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

In this role, you will work closely with architects and other design professionals to create detailed drawings and plans for new construction or renovations. Your proficiency in CAD software and BIM technology will be utilized to produce accurate and high-quality drawings that adhere to project specifications.

Along with your technical expertise, your strong communication skills will be key as you collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met throughout the design process. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any potential issues that may arise.
