Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing historical data, and working closely with clients to develop conservation plans that adhere to preservation regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Analyzing historical data and identifying areas of potential deterioration or damage
- Developing conservation plans that comply with preservation regulations and standards
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful implementation of preservation plans
- Conducting on-site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Utilizing your knowledge of traditional building materials and techniques to effectively restore historical structures
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the field of preservation architecture and incorporating them into your work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field of preservation architecture
- Knowledge of preservation regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month.
