Architectural Technologist (Part-Time)

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Monte-Carlo. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of buildings, ensuring that all plans and specifications meet industry standards and regulations. You will also be involved in creating drawings, models, and other technical documentation for construction projects. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating innovative architectural designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed building plans and specifications
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D drawings and models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess feasibility of design proposals
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in design work

Salary: $1100/month (part-time)

Location: Monte-Carlo
