Part-Time Commercial Architect

As a part-time commercial architect in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for creating and designing commercial spaces that are both functional and visually appealing. Your primary duties will include meeting with clients to discuss their needs and budget, creating detailed plans and drawings, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

This position is ideal for someone seeking part-time work without prior experience in the field. While previous experience in architecture is preferred, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. The salary for this role starts at $1200 per month.
