Commercial Architect - Part Time (Monte-Carlo, Monaco)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that all plans are being followed accurately and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this role is $1600 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
