Are you a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the beautiful city of Monte-Carlo? Look no further! Our architecture firm is seeking a talented individual to join our team on a contract basis.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial building projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being executed according to the design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. As this is a contract job without accommodation provided, we are open to candidates from any nationality or location. However, preference will be given to those who are already based in Monte-Carlo or willing to relocate.
