Industrial Architect (Part-Time)
City: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and efficient industrial spaces. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Develop industrial designs that meet safety standards, functionality, and aesthetic goals
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)
