Industrial Architect
City: Monte-Carlo, Monaco



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial facilities in Monte-Carlo. Your main objective will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and expectations for the project
- Research and analyze building codes, regulations and zoning laws to ensure compliance with local laws
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary changes to designs as needed
- Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and zoning laws
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600 per month

Contract: This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year.
