Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Oversee the design process, ensuring all project requirements are met
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1100$ per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position.
