Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and designers. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, developing project plans and budgets, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. A degree in architecture or a related field is required, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Hire and train staff
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Oversee quality control throughout the project process
- Provide guidance and support to architects and designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within an architecture firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Valid work visa for Monte-Carlo (if not already residing there)
