Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our prestigious architecture firm in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion. Your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills will be essential in delivering exceptional, innovative designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
- Develop initial design concepts and produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs
- Prepare detailed specifications and cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, building codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within an architectural firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant software for architectural design
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided.
