Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential buildings to commercial complexes. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, including developing initial concepts, creating detailed plans and drawings, and coordinating with engineers and contractors
- Manage all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Leadership experience is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position. This is an urgent job opportunity so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
