Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo (Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a contract position, with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts and plans to clients
- Lead project teams and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and software usage
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in French or Italian is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
