Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop detailed design plans and drawings using specialized software
- Oversee and manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure that all construction plans comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Review and approve contractor bids, budgets, and schedules
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on high-end residential projects
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and team management
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Monaco
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
