Floral Designer



As a floral designer in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of occasions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be put to use as you work with fresh flowers and other materials to bring your clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create various arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and installations
- Source and select the best quality flowers and foliage for each design
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new materials as needed
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure that all designs are executed with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in floral design or related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how to incorporate them into designs
- Creativity and a keen eye for color combinations, texture, and overall aesthetics
- Ability to take direction from clients while also providing creative input
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail is a must in order to produce high-quality designs

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or eligibility for work permit in Monte-Carlo (preferred)
- Full-time availability with occasional flexibility for events on weekends or evenings
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work with your hands
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month based on experience
