Executive Chef - Part-Time (Urgent)
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a renowned hotel and restaurant, we are seeking someone who is passionate about creating exceptional dishes and delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1100.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that showcase creativity, quality, and diversity
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and presented beautifully
- Manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a reputable culinary school or restaurant
- Knowledge of French cuisine is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in Monte-Carlo without accommodation
