Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our high-end restaurant located in Monte-Carlo. You will lead and train a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase innovative and creative dishes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation in the kitchen
- Train, develop and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels, food cost control, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and maintain proper functioning by scheduling repairs or replacements when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Creative flair with a passion for developing new dishes and techniques
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with other departments
- Fluent in English (French language skills preferred)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in fine dining establishments
- Diploma or degree from a reputable culinary school
- Valid certification in food safety
- Knowledge of different cuisines from around the world
